Peter Gibbs, owner of BodyMind Balance, is a recognized mobility training expert who uses a variety of techniques to reduce pain and the likelihood of injury, while enhancing physical performance at any level.
Ray Douglass is a Senior instructor at BodyMind Balance. She is a fully certified STOTT Pilates instructor having completed certifications in mat and advanced mat, reformer, cadillac and advanced cadillac, chair, and ladder barrel. She has completed TRX Suspension Exercise training and is a certified Z-Health® Movement Re-education Specialist (R).
