Ray Douglas

BodyMind Balance, Senior Instructor 

Ray Douglass is a Senior instructor at BodyMind Balance. She is a fully certified STOTT Pilates instructor having completed certifications in mat and advanced mat, reformer, cadillac and advanced cadillac, chair, and ladder barrel. She has completed TRX Suspension Exercise training and is a certified Z-Health® Movement Re-education Specialist (R). She has taught in Massachusetts and Colorado.


Ray supervises our programs for colleges, universities.

Ray is well known as a creative teacher who works with a wide range of clients including beginners, teens and seniors, people with physical challenges and injuries, elite athletes, women who are pregnant or postpartum and those who have experienced cancer.
