6 Week Intro Course Deals
Course Description:
This 6 week session will teach the 5 basic principles of Stott Pilates, what they are, how to apply them to each individual body, and how to apply them in movement for the Pilates exercises. Beginners will learn some of the basic exercise and build strength and endurance while expanding knowledge of Pilates. Each client will also receive a gift to help improve posture and their Pilates practice!
Choose from three packages, ranging from 1-3 classes per week - depending on how ambitious you are! And build your won schedule with 5 Intro-class slots offered each week:
